The newest project from Full Hospitality includes the total transformation and conversion of a recent Staten Island Mediterranean that needed to change for whatever reasons into the full scale Memphis Style dry rubbed barbecue, which includes crafty beers, cocktails and desserts. This all partnered with proactive teams, quality entertainment and that down home place to got for comfort! From Thought to concept and everything in between.
From concept to launch including the idea, logo design, creative art, bold creative menus, unique flavors, recipes, perception management, uniforms, staffing and launching of entire product from start to opening September 2017. Located in a very busy area of "smack dab in the middle" Staten Island, NYC, slated to be a successful cool brand with the support of the current owners. Full Housepitality was in charge of developing and establishing the above creative art for all print and media advertising. this artwork ultimately became the oversized artwork throughout the establishment. This artwork set us apart in a creative and humor type fashion. The images were ultimately fun creative conversation pieces that encompassed the borough and the branding
Full Housepitality was entirely responsible for designing and developing all the menus. Our process included research, recipes, food cost, portions, standard recipe cards, photography, vendor selection, cook/prep procedures and plate/glass presentations of every item. Ultimately we positioned food cost to be at 29% and beverage cost at 19% which fell within the industry standard of costing.

The anticipated opening date was September 15, 2017 and we met our goals through proper delegations, vendor selections and aggressive hands on approach through teams we hand selected and established in the early stages
Full Housepitality was entirely responsible for creating ingredients from scratch regarding three house barbecue sauces that were presented on each table for customers use and we ultimately designed each label for the squeeze bottles. We also developed the house rub that was utilized on various applications including cooking and on the guest tables.
